What is the Tiffany & Co. Return/Exchange Policy?

Tiffany & Co. merchandise will be accepted at any of the following Tiffany & Co. locations in London, United Kingdom: Old Bond Street, Covent Garden, Royal Exchange, Sloane Street and Westfield.

 

Merchandise will be available for refund or exchange (excluding any shipping charges) providing it is returned in the same saleable condition as when purchased, within 30 days of the date of purchase and if accompanied by the original sales receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender and will be processed within 10 working days of the return.

 

Alternatively, Tiffany & Co. offers complimentary shipping for any item that you'd like to return within 30 days of the date of purchase and if accompanied by the original sales receipt. Simply visit Returns to print out a shipping label. Then arrange a collection or drop off your package at the nearest UPS location. Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender and processed within 10 working days of return.

 

Kindly note that Tiffany does not accept exchanges or refunds on any engraved and customised pieces.
