Standard Delivery
Delivery is complimentary for all orders. Please allow 2 working days, and an additional 5 working days for delivery of standard engraved items and an extra 10 working days for hand-engraved and monogrammed items. To receive your order in time for Christmas please place your order by December 22nd, 11:59 pm.
Same Day Delivery
We can deliver your order to a London address on the Same Day for £15 per address. Same Day Delivery is complimentary for orders over £500. Orders must be placed by 12:00 pm, Monday to Friday, to be delivered on the same day between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm.
Please note that this service is available exclusively within eligible London areas, and some exclusions may apply. We kindly ask you to check your address eligibility during the checkout process to ensure delivery options are available for your location.
Express Delivery
We can deliver your order by Next Day Delivery for £15 per address. Next Day Delivery is complimentary for orders over £500. Next Day Delivery orders placed by 1pm Monday to Friday will arrive the next working day, excluding Bank Holidays.
Please note that some areas might not be eligible for this service. We kindly ask you to check your address eligibility during the checkout process to ensure delivery options are available for your location.

Engraving
Please allow an additional 5 working days for delivery of standard engraved items and an extra 10 working days for hand engraved and monogrammed items. Please note that we are not able to accept any personalised or engraved items for refund or exchange.
To receive your engraved item in time for Christmas, please place your order by December 19th, 11:59 pm.If you have any questions please contact the Client Care Centre at 0800 160 1837. Our hours of business are Monday to Friday: 9.30 am to 6 pm ; closed on weekends and Public Holidays in the UK.
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email containing your order number.
You can check the status of your order even as a guest user. To track your order, click on this link then simply enter your order number and email address. Once your order has been dispatched, you will also receive an email with a tracking link.
Alternatively, you can call us on 0800 160 1837, from Monday to Friday from 9:30 am - 6:00 pm, closed weekends and public holidays in the UK.
Purchases made on www.tiffany.co.uk or over the phone between 1 November - 15 December 2025 will be eligible for complimentary returns until 15 January 2026. Purchases made after 15 December 2025 will carry a standard 30-day return policy unless stated otherwise.
Tiffany & Co. Online Return Policy:
- Returns may be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- We are please to offer a complimentary returns and exchange service.
- To return your order, simply visit Returns and follow the steps provided on our partner’s site. Choose between a return or an exchange, and select the return method that best suits you.
- Merchandise purchased online, will be available for refund or exchange providing it is returned in the same saleable condition as when purchased, and accompanied by the original sales receipt.
- Fragrance must be returned in its original packaging (including seal sticker) and in saleable condition.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender and will be processed within 10 working days of the return, excluding delivery charges.
- Tiffany & Co. does not accept exchanges or refunds on personalised items.
- Online exclusive items cannot be returned to stores.
Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted. Any product with signs of wear, damage, or alteration or whose security tag, if any, has been removed cannot be accepted.
Tiffany & Co. Return to Store Policy:
Alternatively, merchandise, except for “Online Only” items, will be accepted at the following Tiffany & Co. store locations in London:

- Westfield London
For items purchased in a Tiffany & Co. store located in Heathrow Airport, or in a concession such as Selfridges and Harrods, please refer to the store’s own Return/Exchange Policy.

Yes, Tiffany & Co. is pleased to offer up to 12-month interest-free instalment for any in-store and phone purchases over £1,500 in the United Kingdom.
We've partnered with V12 Retail Finance to provide our clients with greater flexibility in payment options. This service is available for purchases from £1,500 up to £25,000 made over the phone via our Client Care Centre and in the following London store locations:
