The Tiffany & Co. Gift Card

Your Tiffany Gift Card can be used to purchase Tiffany & Co. products, only in a UK Tiffany & Co. standalone store or on the Tiffany & Co. UK Website. 

The Tiffany & Co. Eligible Stores are the following: 

Tiffany Gift Cards cannot be used in department stores, or in Tiffany & Co. stores outside the UK or any Tiffany & Co. websites for any country other than the UK. Tiffany Gift Cards cannot be redeemed in third-party managed Tiffany & Co. stores (such as stores operated under a franchise). 

Online Redemption

To use your Tiffany Gift Card online, simply proceed through the checkout. As a payment method, select Gift Card and enter your Gift Card number and PIN.

The Gift Card can be used totally or partially, if redeemed partially, the remaining balance can be used for future purchases. If the value of your Gift Card does not cover the full cost, a credit card may be used to cover the remaining amount of your purchase.

We currently can only accept one Tiffany & Co. gift card per transaction.

In-Store Redemption

To redeem your gift card for in-store purchases, kindly ensure to visit one of the eligible stores listed below. Then simply present your Tiffany Gift Card together with its PIN to one of our Client Advisors at the moment of purchase. To redeem your Gift Card, please ensure that you have the Gift Card number and PIN available. You may use the Gift Card for payment at eligible stores in the same manner as any other payment method.

Your Tiffany Gift Card can be redeemed online or in-store. Please note that your gift card will expire 12 months after the date of activation. 

The activation time of your gift card depends on the type of gift card you have purchased. 

Digital gift cards are active and available to redeem immediately after purchase.

Please note, for security reasons traditional Tiffany gift cards mailed by post will be active and available to redeem within three days from the shipment confirmation.

Online Return Policy

Your gift card cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. It cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. However, you can return a purchase made with a Tiffany Gift Card.

• Returns may be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.​
• We are pleased to offer a complimentary returns and exchange service.​
• To return your order, simply visit Returns & to print out a shipping label and then arrange for a collection or alternatively drop off your package at the nearest UPS location.​
• Merchandise purchased online, will be available for refund or exchange providing it is returned in the same saleable condition as when purchased, and accompanied by the original sales receipt. ​
• Fragrance must be returned in its original packaging (including seal sticker) and in saleable condition.
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender and will be processed within 10 working days of the return, meaning a refund on the Gift Card, and, in the case your purchase exceeded the balance of the Tiffany & Co. Gift Card, a refund on the credit card used as a second method of payment.

Kindly note:

• Tiffany & Co. does not accept exchanges or refunds on personalised items.
• “Online Exclusive” items cannot be returned to stores.

In-Store Return Policy

Alternatively, merchandise, except for “Online Only” items, will be accepted at the following Tiffany & Co. store locations in London:

• Covent Garden​
• Royal Exchange​
• Sloane Street ​
• Westfield London​

Our advisors will explain the available return options and accordingly provide a credit merchandise note or a refund on the Gift Card.
