What are the delivery times and rates?

Delivery is complimentary for all orders. Please allow three (3) working days, and an additional five (5) working days for delivery of standard engraved items and an extra ten (10) working days for hand-engraved and monogrammed items. 

 

We are not able to accept any personalised or engraved items for refund or exchange.

 

To inquire about deliveries to addresses outside of the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands, or to check the status of an order, please contact our Client Care Centre on 0800 160 1837. Our Client Care Advisors are available 9 am - 6 pm from Monday to Friday. Closed on weekends and Public Holidays.
