How does Tiffany & Co.’s Click & Collect service work?

The Tiffany & Co. collect in-store service allows you to make a purchase online and collect at a Tiffany & Co. store location. Order before 1 pm in order to collect from 4 pm on the same day, subject to store opening hours.

To know if the item of your choice is eligible for in-store pick-up, click on "Collect in Store" on the product page and select the option "Only show stores with option to pick up" to see if an item is available at your preferred store.

Add your item to your shopping bag and proceed to the checkout process. 

Check for collect in store availability by selecting your preferred store from the drop down menu

You will receive first an order confirmation, and then a collect in store notification email when your item is ready to be collected.

Please be advised that only the person who placed the order is authorised to collect the item, a valid proof of identification (passport, driving license, identity card (including European ID card)) will also be required upon collection.


The in-store pick up service is available in the following stores: Old Bond Street, Covent Garden, Royal Exchange, Sloane Street and Westfield London.
