Christmas Returns Policy

Purchases made in stand-alone stores, on Tiffany.co.uk or over the phone between 1 November - 31 December 2024 will be eligible for complimentary returns until 31st January 2025. Purchases made after 31st December 2024 will carry a standard 30-day return policy unless stated otherwise.

To return your order, simply visit Returns to print out a shipping label and then arrange for a collection or alternatively drop off your package at the nearest UPS location.​

​Kindly note that Tiffany & Co. does not accept exchanges or refunds on personalised items. Additionally, please note that “Online Only” items cannot be returned to stores.​
