The following terms and conditions (hereinafter, the “Terms”) govern the purchase and the use of the Tiffany & Co. Ltd value-based gift card, whether in electronic form or physical form (each, a “Tiffany Gift Card”) which is available for purchase exclusively from the official Tiffany & Co. Ltd UK website http://www.tiffany.co.uk/gifts/shop/tiffany-gift-cards/ (hereinafter, the “Tiffany & Co. UK Website”), or in selected Tiffany & Co. stores located in the United Kingdom (the “Tiffany & Co. Eligible Stores”), and apply to the purchaser and any user of the Tiffany Gift Card (referred to as the “Purchaser” and the “User” respectively, and collectively as “you”).
Your Tiffany Gift Card is issued by Tiffany & Co. Ltd., with registered office at 25 Old Bond Street, London W1S 4QB, United Kingdom, VAT no. GB 123 359 919, telephone number: 0800 160 1837, email address: ClientCare.UK@tiffany.com (hereinafter, referred to as “Tiffany & Co.”). Tiffany & Co. reserves all rights in respect of the revision and interpretation of these Terms.
Tiffany Gift Cards are available for purchase exclusively from the Tiffany & Co. UK Website, and in Tiffany & Co. Eligible Stores.
Kindly note, Tiffany Gift Cards in electronic form (“E-Gift Cards”) are available for purchase exclusively on the Tiffany & Co. UK Website, whilst Tiffany Gift Cards in physical form are available for purchase on the Tiffany & Co. UK Website and in Tiffany & Co. Eligible Stores. A list of Tiffany & Co. Eligible Stores is provided below. Please note that Tiffany & Co. Eligible Stores are subject to change, with up-to-date information available upon request from ClientCare.UK@tiffany.com.
When purchased in a Tiffany & Co. Eligible Store, the physical Tiffany Gift Card will be immediately activated and can be used at any Tiffany & Co. Eligible Store, including where the Tiffany Gift Card is purchased, upon payment of the relevant value. Physical-form Tiffany Gift Cards can also be used on the Tiffany & Co. UK Website.
When purchased on the Tiffany & Co. UK Website, a Purchaser may choose between an E-Gift Card or a physical Tiffany Gift Card. If an E-Gift Card is purchased, it will be activated immediately. If an E-Gift Card is purchased to be sent at a later date, the E-Gift Card will be activated and ready for use on the day it is to be sent to the User. If a physical Tiffany Gift Card is purchased, it will be activated within three (3) days from the shipment confirmation. Unless stated otherwise at the point of purchase on the Tiffany & Co. UK Website, please allow three to five (3-5) working days for shipment and UK-based delivery of any physical Tiffany Gift Card purchased from the Tiffany & Co. UK Website. Tiffany & Co. does not charge any further service fees at the time of purchase.
The minimum amount to activate a Tiffany Gift Card is £50. The maximum Tiffany Gift Card value that can be loaded onto one card is £1,000. Tiffany & Co. reserves the right to refuse purchases of multiple Tiffany Gift Cards at its sole discretion. Cash purchases exceeding £8,000 are subject to anti-fraud and money laundering checks. Tiffany reserves the right to conduct anti-fraud and money laundering checks on other purchases in its discretion.
If you purchase a physical Tiffany Gift Card on the Tiffany & Co. UK Website, any delivery charges will be communicated to you before you make a purchase. You will receive a confirmation email which includes the transaction number, however you will not receive a copy of the physical Gift Card, nor the physical Gift Card Number or PIN code. Alternatively, you can purchase an E-Gift Card on the Tiffany & Co. UK Website and no delivery charges apply. For E-Gift Cards only, the Purchaser must retain a copy of the E- Gift Card number and PIN code provided in the confirmation email at the time of purchase. If you are the User of a physical Tiffany Gift Card or E-Gift Card, please note that you may be requested to provide the Tiffany Gift Card number and PIN code when you redeem the Tiffany Gift Card or in case of loss or theft of the Tiffany Gift Card
Tiffany Gift Cards can be used to purchase Tiffany & Co. products, only in a Tiffany & Co. Eligible Store, or on the Tiffany & Co. UK Website. Tiffany Gift Cards cannot be used in department stores, or in Tiffany & Co. stores outside the UK or any Tiffany & Co. websites for any country other than the UK. Tiffany Gift Cards cannot be redeemed in third-party managed Tiffany & Co. stores (such as stores operated under a franchise). Tiffany Gift Cards can only be redeemed online and in the Tiffany & Co. Eligible Stores identified below, in the same currency in which the card was issued, which is pounds sterling. Tiffany Gift Card values or balances (including remaining balances after a purchase has been made) cannot be converted into other currencies.

Subject to the restrictions referred to in these Terms, each Tiffany Gift Card can be redeemed up to its value as indicated in the relevant sales receipt at the time of its purchase, provided that it is used in accordance with these Terms, and in compliance with all applicable laws (in particular but not limited to, anti-money laundering laws) and the policies and/or terms and conditions relating to the purchase of goods as are communicated to you at the time of purchase and redemption.
The Tiffany Gift Card can be redeemed totally or partially, and where it is partially redeemed, the remaining amount can be used for subsequent eligible purchases. For each eligible purchase, the purchase value will be deducted from the Tiffany Gift Card until the card balance reaches zero.
For any purchase in a Tiffany & Co. Eligible Store, if the balance on the Tiffany Gift Card is less than the total value of the products to be purchased, the User can pay for the balance via any other payment method that is accepted by the Tiffany & Co. Eligible Store subject to any maximum value provided by applicable law. For any purchase on the Tiffany & Co. UK Website, if the balance on the Tiffany Gift Card is less than the total value of the products to be purchased, the User can pay for the remaining balance via any other payment method that is accepted by the Tiffany & Co. UK Website, up to the maximum value permitted under applicable law.
For each purchase to be made on the Tiffany & Co. UK Website, only one Tiffany Gift Card may be used in a single transaction. You may not use more than one Tiffany Gift Card in a Tiffany & Co. Eligible Store in a single transaction.
Tiffany Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash and they are not reloadable. For information in relation to refunds for returned products, please refer to the section on product returns below.
Nothing in these Terms affects any of your statutory rights as a consumer, in respect of the purchase and use of the Tiffany Gift Card or any product from Tiffany & Co.
Tiffany & Co. will only redeem Tiffany Gift Cards if they are presented at the Tiffany & Co. Eligible Stores at the time of purchase (except in the case of loss of the card and where satisfactory evidence is presented to prove entitlement to the use of the Gift Card).
When redeemed on the Tiffany & Co. UK Website, the Tiffany & Co. products purchased using Tiffany Gift Cards can only be shipped to addresses located within the United Kingdom.
Each Tiffany Gift Card will expire after 12 months from the date of activation. The date of activation can be checked at any Tiffany & Co. Eligible Store or on https://gbp-giftcard.tiffany.co.uk/ecard/balance/consult. After your Tiffany Gift Card has expired you will no longer be able to redeem it. Please contact Tiffany & Co. at 0800 160 1837 to discuss with us whether a replacement of the expired card is possible.
Tiffany Gift Cards are non-refundable and it is your sole responsibility to ensure the balance is spent before expiry. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
Purchasers: When you purchase a Tiffany Gift Card, the initial value of your card is printed on the sales receipt you will receive at the time of purchase, as well as in your order confirmation email.
Users: You can check the initial value and the balance of your Tiffany Gift Card at any Tiffany & Co. Eligible Store, or online at https://gbp-giftcard.tiffany.co.uk/ecard/balance/consult.
Where Tiffany & Co. determines in its sole discretion that an administrative, billing or accounting error has occurred, Tiffany reserves the right to correct the balance on any Tiffany Gift Card. If you have any questions regarding transaction history or any corrections, or if you wish to contest a transaction or correction made on your Tiffany Gift Card, or for any other complaint, please contact any Eligible Tiffany & Co. Store or contact our Client Care Center at 0800 160 1837. Tiffany & Co. will in its sole discretion verify and investigate any question or complaint you raise, and inform you the results of such investigation and any correction or adjustment.
You must keep the details of your Tiffany Gift Card safe, and not display them publicly or on any social network.
In case of loss or theft of your Tiffany Gift Card, you must immediately contact an advisor from our Client Care Center at 0800 160 1837 and follow the instructions of Tiffany & Co. personnel. You must inform us immediately, including if you suspect that a physical Tiffany Gift Card (purchased on the Tiffany & Co. UK Website) has been lost in transit prior to delivery, so that Tiffany & Co. can cancel or block your Tiffany Gift Card to prevent unauthorised use. You may be asked to provide the details of the purchase, which may include transaction ID, name, email address used, Gift Card number and PIN code of the relevant Tiffany Gift Card, value of the gift card and date of purchase, depending on whether you have purchased a physical Tiffany Gift Card or E-Gift Card. The Gift Card number and PIN code are provided in the gift card attached to the confirmation email at the time of the purchase for E-Gift Cards, and are printed on the back of physical Tiffany Gift Cards. You must keep a copy of the Tiffany Gift Card number and PIN code in a safe place, and not share these with any person (other than with the User).
Please note that Tiffany & Co. will issue a replacement Tiffany Gift Card only upon the written request of the Purchaser (not of the User) and at its sole discretion; in this regard, please note the Purchaser must provide their accurate personal data to our Client Care Advisor at the time of purchase of a Tiffany Gift Card for identification purposes. Failure to do so may mean that the Purchaser will not be in the position to subsequently request the replacement of the lost/stolen Tiffany Gift Card since Tiffany & Co. will not be able to verify their identity. Tiffany & Co. cannot issue a replacement where the value of the lost or stolen Tiffany Gift Card has already been wholly used at the time at which Tiffany & Co. has been informed of the loss or theft.
In no event shall Tiffany & Co. or any of its affiliate be liable to any third party that is not the Purchaser or User of the relevant Tiffany Gift Card. Tiffany & Co. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business losses. Tiffany & Co.’s liability for losses you suffer as a result of its breaching these Terms is strictly limited to any losses which are a foreseeable consequence of Tiffany & Co.’s breaching these Terms. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by you and us at the time the Tiffany Gift Card was purchased.
Tiffany & Co. and its affiliates are not responsible for any delay in, or failure of, performance of their obligations under any contract arising from any cause beyond our reasonable control including any of the following: act of God, governmental act, war, fire, flood, explosion or civil commotion, failure in information technology or telecommunications services, failure of a third party (including failure to supply data) and industrial action.
These Terms do not limit your statutory rights in any way and Tiffany & Co. does not exclude any duties or responsibilities that it is required to accept by law. Within these limits, Tiffany & Co. is not responsible for any loss theft, damage, alteration or unauthorised use of a Tiffany Gift Card.
IN NO EVENT SHALL TIFFANY & CO.’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO PURCHASER (OR THAT OF TIFFANY’S & CO.’S PARENT OR AFFILIATES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, SUB-CONTRACTORS AND AGENTS) UNDER THESE TERMS OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY TIFFANY GIFT CARD, BASED ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY OR CAUSE OF ACTION AND WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR IN TORT (INCLUDING BREACH OF WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT LIABILITY IN TORT), EXCEED THE TOTAL ACTIVE BALANCE ACROSS ALL TIFFANY GIFT CARD(S) PURCHASED BY SAID PURCHASER IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
IN CASES WHERE THE PURCHASER AND USER ARE NOT ONE AND THE SAME, IN NO EVENT SHALL TIFFANY & CO.’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO USER (OR THAT OF TIFFANY’S & CO.’S PARENT OR AFFILIATES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, SUB-CONTRACTORS AND AGENTS) UNDER THESE TERMS OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY TIFFANY GIFT CARD, BASED ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY OR CAUSE OF ACTION AND WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR IN TORT (INCLUDING BREACH OF WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT LIABILITY IN TORT), EXCEED THE VALUE OF THE APPLICABLE TIFFANY GIFT CARD THAT GAVE RISE TO LIABILITY.
Your gift card cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. It cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. However, you can return a purchase made with a Tiffany Gift Card.
Online Return Policy
To initiate a return of a purchase made with a Tiffany Gift Card, please visit the Returns page at faq/shipping-returns-faq/what-is-the-tiffany-co-return-exchange-policy/ and follow the instructions in relation to printing the shipping label and arranging for the collection or drop off of the package.
Returns can only be made within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery; the specific terms and conditions in relation to products that are acceptable for return can be found at www.tiffany.co.uk/faq/shipping-returns-faq/what-is-the-tiffany-co-return-exchange-policy/.
Your refund will be processed within ten (10) working days, and issued to the original form of tender, meaning a refund on the Gift Card, and, in the case your purchase exceeded the balance of the Tiffany Gift Card, a refund on the credit card used as a second method of payment.
Please note, Tiffany & Co. does not accept exchanges or refunds on personalised items.
In-Store Return Policy
Merchandise, except for “Online Only” items, will be accepted at the following Tiffany & Co. store locations in London: Old Bond Street, Covent Garden, Royal Exchange, Sloane Street, and Westfield London. Our advisors will explain the available return options and accordingly provide a credit merchandise note or a refund on the Tiffany Gift Card.

Tiffany & Co. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time where it considers it reasonable or necessary to do so.
The formation, existence, construction, performance, validity and all aspects whatsoever of these Terms will be governed by the law of England and Wales. The Courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms. However you should note that this does not prevent residents of Northern Ireland or Scotland from starting proceedings in their own local courts.
Your purchase of the Tiffany Gift Card is subject to these Terms and the Terms of Sale which can be found online at: https://www.tiffany.co.uk/policy/terms-of-sale/. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the aforementioned Terms of Sale, these Terms shall prevail.
