How do I place an order online?

Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the ADD TO BAG button to place it in your shopping bag. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order.

Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, when you will be asked for your payment information. To complete your order, you might be asked to confirm your identity via a multi-factor authentication process required by your bank.

Currently we are only able to accept online orders to addresses within the United Kingdom.

You may also order Tiffany & Co. merchandise over the phone, by calling 0800 160 1837. Our Client Care Advisors are available 9.30 am - 6 pm from Monday to Friday. Closed on weekends and Public Holidays.
