What if I need to return my engagement ring?
All engagement rings purchased online or over the phone, may be returned for up to 30 days from the date of original purchase for refund or exchange. The engagement ring must be in saleable condition, include all product documentation (e.g., Tiffany Diamond Certificate, or Colored Stone or Diamond reports) and be accompanied by a sales receipt. Please note that Tiffany & Co. does not accept exchanges or refunds on personalised items.
Additionally, please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted. Any product with signs of wear, damage, or alteration or whose security tag, if any, has been removed cannot be accepted.
To return your order, simply visit Returns and follow the steps provided on our partner’s site. Choose between a return or an exchange, and select the return method that best suits you.
