Standard delivery is complimentary for all orders. Please allow 1-2 working days for Standard Delivery.
Express Delivery
Express Delivery orders placed by 1pm Monday to Friday will arrive the next working day, excluding Bank Holidays.
Currently we are only able to accept on-line orders to addresses within the United Kingdom. To inquire about deliveries to addresses outside of the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands, or to check the status of an order, please contact our Client Care Centre on 0800 160 1837. Our team is available Monday to Friday 9:30 am-6 pm.
Engraving
Please allow an additional 5 working days for delivery of standard and monogram engraving, and an additional 10 working days for hand engraving. If you have placed an order with personalisation or any additional service, this may take longer.
Please note that we are not able to accept any personalised or engraved items for refund or exchange.
Return Policy
Tiffany & Co. offers complimentary shipping for any item that you'd like to return. Purchases made in stand-alone stores, on Tiffany.co.uk or over the phone carry a 30-day return policy unless stated otherwise.
Simply visit Returns to print out a shipping label. Then arrange a collection or drop off your package at the nearest UPS location. Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender and processed within 10 working days of return.
Alternatively merchandise will be accepted at selected Tiffany & Co. locations in London, United Kingdom: Old Bond Street, Covent Garden, Royal Exchange, Sloane Street and Westfield London. Merchandise purchased online will be available for refund or exchange (excluding any shipping charges) providing it is returned in the same saleable condition as when purchased, within 30 days of the date of purchase and if accompanied by the original sales receipt.
Kindly note that Tiffany does not accept exchanges or refunds on any engraved or customised pieces. Fragrance must be returned in its original packaging (including seal sticker) and in saleable condition.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender and will be processed within 10 working days of the return, excluding delivery charges.
