The Tiffany & Co. collect in store service allows you to make a purchase online and collect at a Tiffany & Co. store location.
Are all items on Tiffany.com available for collection in store?
Items that are available to collect in store will feature the note "Collect at a London Store" on the description page. Click on the note to see if an item is available at your preferred store. This service is available in the following stores: Old Bond Street, Royal Exchange, Sloane Street, Westfield and Canary Wharf.
How can I place an order to collect in store?
Add any item that is available to collect in your chosen store to your Shopping Bag. Please choose the "COLLECT IN STORE" option within the checkout process and continue until you have placed your order. Please note: Items must be purchased online and then collected at the store. Your credit card will be charged online.
Once you have placed your order, please wait to receive two emails:
1. An order confirmation email: this email confirms that we have received and are processing your order.
2. A collect in store notification email: This email confirms that your order is ready to be collected.
Please wait for the collect in store notification email before going to the store.
How long does it take for my item to be ready to be collected?
Please order before 1:00PM in order to collect from 4:00PM on the same day, subject to store opening hours.
You will receive a collect in store notification email when your item is ready to be collected. Please wait for the collect in store notification email before going to the store. Please be advised that only the person who placed the order is authorised to collect the item.
Please make sure you have:
1. A copy of your collect in store notification email
2. A valid form of identification.*
*Valid forms of identification include:
* Government-issued driver's license
* Government-issued national/state/province identity card (including European ID card)
When you arrive in store, please ask any member of our staff to assist you with your collection.
Please note your Tiffany order will remain at your chosen store for 7 days from when the order was placed, after which time it will expire. If you are unable to collect within this period we invite you to place your order again either via our website or in store.
Can someone collect on my behalf?
Unfortunately, the original purchaser only can collect the order placed. This is to help protect our customers from unauthorised use of their debit and credit cards.
