How can I return or exchange merchandise purchased online or over the phone?

Tiffany & Co. offers complimentary shipping for item(s) that you'd like to return. Simply visit Returns to print out a shipping label. Then arrange a collection or drop off your package at the nearest UPS location. Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender and processed within 14 days of return. Kindly note that Tiffany & Co. does not accept exchanges or refunds on any fragrance sale or engraved and customised pieces. 


Purchases made in store, on Tiffany.co.uk or over the phone between 1 November – 14 December 2018 will benefit from an extended return policy. Purchases made within this timeframe can be returned, in line with our policy, until 14 January 2019. Purchases made after 14 December 2018 will carry a standard 30 days return policy unless stated otherwise. 
Alternatively merchandise will be accepted at selected Tiffany & Co. locations in London, United Kingdom: Old Bond Street, Royal Exchange, Canary Wharf, Sloane Street and Westfield. Merchandise will be available for refund or exchange (excluding any shipping charges) providing it is returned in the same saleable condition as when purchased, within 30 days of the date of purchase and if accompanied by the original sales receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender and will be processed within 14 days of the return.
