How can I get an item repaired?

If you need Tiffany & Co. item repaired or serviced we invite you to visit one of our stores. Alternatively you can send your item via post.


Visit a Tiffany Store
You can take your Tiffany piece into one of our stores to be assessed by one of our Tiffany Experts.

Click here to view a list of our stores, or you can book an appointment in one of our Tiffany & Co. locations prior to your visit. Choose your preferred store, and select 'Customer Service & Repair' from the sevices tab.


Send Your Repair Via Post
To send you Repair via Post, please follow the instructions below:

1. Download our Repair Form
2. Print form and complete all information.
3. Enclose form with item to be repaired
4. Send item and form, via an insured shipping method, to:

Our experts will assess your piece and the work required, sending you a summary via email, including any applicable charges that require your approval. Following this, the work will typically be completed in 14 days before contacting you for any necessary payment and/or returning your serviced item to you.
