Safety Measures in Store

We continue to follow guidance from regulatory authorities to ensure the safety of our teams, clients and communities. To ensure the well-being of our clients and store teams, open Tiffany & Co. stores are closely following safety measures, including:

 

 

  • Mandatory wearing of face coverings in client facing roles
  • Enhanced sanitisation and cleaning measures across all our locations
  • Use of hand sanitiser dispensers.
  • Additional social distancing measures may be implemented as required and are based on size and square footage of location and number of clients visiting.

 

Click and Collect

The Tiffany & Co. collect in store service allows you to make a purchase online and collect at one of the following Tiffany & Co. store locations: Old Bond Street, Covent Garden, Royal Exchange, Sloane Street and Westfield London. Add an item to your shopping bag and select your preferred store at the checkout. Learn more

 

Our store teams will provide confirmation once items are ready for collection. To collect your item we invite you too book an appointment at your preferred store.

Cleaning and Repairs

Our stores are accepting items for repair to send to our Tiffany Service Center. You may also send repairs directly to our Service Centre by following the instructions listed here. For more information, please call our Client Care Centre at 0800 160 1837. Our Client Care Advisors are available 9 am - 6 pm from Monday to Friday. Closed on weekends and Public Holidays.
