Celebrating the New
Tiffany & Co. Paris Store
10 June 2014
Tiffany celebrated the opening of our new store in Paris tonight at 62, avenue des Champs-Elysées, one of the most renowned boulevards in the world. To commemorate the launch, both the store’s façade and the Luxor Obelisk in the Place de la Concorde were illuminated in Tiffany Blue. Actresses Hilary Swank, Jessica Biel and Emmanuelle Seigner were among the celebrities who attended the glittering fête.
Guests sipped champagne as they admired some of Tiffany’s most iconic designs as well as the store’s magnificent cascading crystal chandelier. Attendees were also treated to a rare glimpse of the Tiffany Diamond, which will be on display in the store until mid-July. The most famous yellow diamond in the world, this priceless stone was cut to 128.54 carats of pure beauty and light in Paris and symbolizes Tiffany’s dazzling diamond heritage.
The festivities continued at the nearby Arc de Triomphe, where an exclusive after party was held in the famous arch’s penthouse. Revelers admired the spectacular views of the City of Light as they swayed to the beat of a live performance by British pop sensation VV Brown.
